In these Terms & Conditions, “UMA LED”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Shree Sales Corporation and the UMA LED brand. “Customer”, “you” or “your” refers to the person accessing the website or purchasing our products.

If an order is cancelled by UMA LED after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines.

UMA LED is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Returns, Replacement and Refunds

UMA LED does not accept general returns or exchanges for products that are correctly supplied and delivered in good condition.

If a customer receives a product that is damaged during transportation, defective upon delivery, incorrectly supplied or missing an essential component, the issue must be reported to UMA LED within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer may be required to provide photographs, packaging photographs, order details and other information reasonably required to verify the claim.

Where a claim is verified and approved, UMA LED may provide a replacement or refund of the eligible product amount, depending on the circumstances.

10. Warranty

Some products sold by UMA LED may include a manufacturer or product-specific warranty.

The applicable warranty period and terms will be specified on the relevant product page, invoice or applicable warranty documentation.

Warranty coverage may be subject to conditions relating to installation, use, electrical connections, physical damage, unauthorized modification and other applicable exclusions.

Warranty claims are separate from the 24-hour reporting period for products damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed and used correctly and safely.

Where professional installation is recommended, customers should use a suitably qualified installer.

UMA LED is not responsible for damage caused by:

Incorrect installation
Incorrect wiring
Improper electrical connections
Unauthorized modification
Improper use
Negligence
Failure to follow installation instructions
Use outside the intended application of the product

Customers should read the product instructions and specifications before installation and use.

12. Solar Lighting Performance

Solar lighting performance can vary depending on environmental and installation conditions.

Factors such as:

Sunlight availability
Panel orientation
Shading
Weather conditions
Monsoon/cloud cover
Installation location

Battery condition

Cleaning and maintenance

may affect charging and lighting performance.

Published backup or operating times should therefore be considered based on the applicable product specifications and operating conditions rather than as a guaranteed result under every environmental condition.
